About Wildcrust

Wildcrust creates wood-fired sourdough pizza with a 48-hour fermented dough, combining traditional Neapolitan techniques with flavors from around the world. At the heart of Wildcrust is a communal dining experience, rooted in our beginnings as a backyard pop-up, where we valued the importance of shared moments around the table. Our pizzas are crafted with artisanal flour and cheese imported from Italy, offering a fresh take on a classic. Beyond pizza, we feature an array of wood-fired fare, including Liberty duck, bone-in pork chop, and grilled seasonal vegetables. Paired with a curated selection of wine and beer, Wildcrust promises a dining experience that's both comforting and elevated.

Wildcrust exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed dinner or date night, while also being surprisingly kid-friendly. The staff was welcoming to families, making it easy to enjoy a great meal with children without feeling out of place. Every dish we ordered was thoughtfully prepared, but the star of the meal was definitely the pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, light and airy on the inside, with incredible flavor that made every bite memorable. We started with the Caesar salad and duck croquettes, both of which were excellent. The Salame Piccante pizza was the highlight of the evening, and surprisingly, it paired beautifully with a chilled sake. The clean, smooth finish of the sake balanced the richness of the pizza and complemented the smoky, wood-fired crust in a unique and refreshing way. We finished with the tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Wildcrust delivers not only incredible food but also a memorable dining experience. Whether you're planning a date night, dinner with friends, or bri

Excited because I feel like I never get to write positive restaurant reviews! This place was so good - the food was delicious (Brussels sprouts, meatballs and margherita pizza). The service was really great, which is often NOT the case in LA. Our waitress and the hostess were both so sweet and helped accommodate us as walkins with a dog and a baby (we know, we know). And the place was just super cute to boot. I’m excited to come back and eat more of the menu!

Delicious from start to finish. We ordered the Caesar Salad, Burrata, Meatballs, Pork Belly, and tiramisu, and everything was excellentβ€”well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The meatballs were especially memorable, and the tiramisu was the perfect way to end the meal. Add a little burrata to a bite of the meatballs for a perfect bite. The wine selection complemented the food beautifully. They were also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation time, which we appreciated. Service struck the right balanceβ€”attentive without being overbearing. Claudia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped make the experience even better. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered and will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere inside, hospitality was friendly but a bit rushed. It was a busy Saturday night but it did kind of give the vibe of β€œhow fast can we turn this table.” Drinks were nice and reasonably priced. We had three dishes: 1) beets appetizer. I’d skip this one. You can’t see in the photo but the beets were pickled/marinated little 1/8 inch squares. Tasted like the canned kind. The beets chips on top were A+. 2)Honeynut squash. A+++ absolutely order this. It was amazing, crispy, sweet, rich, lots of flavor. One of the best things we’ve had anywhere. 3) Salame pizza. It was good, unfortunately didn’t blow us away. The crust was OK, but the pie was ruined by the sauce in our opinion. It leaned a little ketchup tasting and wasn’t our taste.
